Following a successful six year tenure as an assistant headteacher in Dubai, Juliet was commissioned to write an academic plan that was approved by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, Dubai.

She has over 24 years of experience teaching Mathematics and Business Studies and 16 years leadership experience within British curriculum schools both in the UK and Dubai (including 1 year American curriculum in Dubai).

Throughout her career in education Juliet’s leadership position has covered a wide range of responsibilities such as the strategic lead on Inclusion, student support/pastoral care provision, careers advice and guidance and has led several faculty areas overseeing attainment and progress, teaching and learning, curriculum and assessment.

Juliet graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a Bachelor of Science (with honours) Degree in Business Decision Analysis, Post Graduate Certificate in Education in Mathematics awarded by the University of Lancaster followed by a Master of Education in Leadership and Management awarded by Liverpool University.

Juliet considers herself to be a highly motivated, experienced and passionate member of a leadership team . A person who has deep knowledge and understanding of the complexities that children can face in their academic studies and personal development. The many varied roles she has undertaken has allowed her to develop the skills and expertise required to successfully work with a full spectrum of stakeholders which she believes makes her a well-qualified professional who can make an effective contribution to any educational institute.
